CACHE Advisory Board Meeting

It is with great pleasure that we announce the successful funding of the new Centre for Ancient Cultural Heritage and Environment (CACHE). The official launch was held 4 March 2019, with talks by Centre Director Professor Bronwen Neil and ECR Associate Dr. Fred Hardtke, and with plenty of refreshments.

CACHE is an interdisciplinary Centre that aims to bring together researchers from the Sciences and Humanities, consolidating expertise across diverse fields in a shared exploration to determine not only what can be learned from the past, but how it can inform our present and guide our future. In keeping with the ambitious, diverse spirit of the Centre, the definition of "ancient" compasses the antiquity of all cultures, including the First Nations people of Australia.

You can also follow the Centre on Facebook and Twitter for updates on events.
